One More Death And 44 New Case Of Covid Reported In Agra

There has been a decrease in the number of new coronavirus patients in Agra, but the death toll has not stopped since October 18. On Friday, another patient succumbed. This is the 141st death in the district. At the same time, 44 more people have been found infected.

The deceased patient was a 65-year-old woman. This woman resident of Jagdishpura was suffering from diabetes. After Corona became infected, her condition worsened and she succumbed. The death toll of the patient has increased to 141 on Friday.

 

Collector Prabhu N. Singh said that the total number of infected people has reached 6943 with 44 new patients. Of these, 6368 patients have been cured. Treatment of 434 patients is underway. Sample tests of 2,48,521 people have been done so far in the district.

Doctor and 15th duct PAC jawan infected

The new patients are also physicians and 15th duct PAC personnel. The report of three members of the same family in Dayalbagh’s Surya Enclave has been positive. This includes a two-year-old girl and a nine-year-old child.

Two members of the same family have also been found infected in Subhash Bazar. Coronavirus patients have been found in Uttampuri, Balkeshwar, Kiravali, Ring Road, Parrot Ka Tal, Maramada, Bodla, Gokulpura, Brijvihar Khandari, Shivpuri Colony, Housing Development, Rajiv Nagar, Sikandra, Harish Nagar Extension.

Health teams screened 30,602 people

On Friday, 101 teams received 7067 houses in Kamla Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Dayalbagh, Balkeshwar, Housing Development Colony, Shastriapuram, Shahganj, Bodla, Sadar Bhatti, Lohamondi, Tajganj, Barauli Ahir, Runkata, Shamsabad, and Jeevanimandi Screened 30,602 people and asked about the fever-cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing.

Health survey in charge Dr. Sanjeev Varman informed that people have also been given ivermectin, anti-malarial, vitamin C and multi-vitamin drugs.
