Most 58 people died on CST
Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) of Mumbai was attacked at 2.45 AM, just 2 minutes after the first attack. It was carried out by two terrorists Ajmal Kasab and Ismail Khan. Kasab was firing bullets at the people, while Ismail’s job was to throw grenades at the people who were running from there. The attack killed 58 people the most. That night, Mumbai was stopped for no one.

After the attack on CST, Kasab and Ismail went to Cama Hospital from there. It is a charitable hospital, built in 1880 by a wealthy businessman. He killed the watchman as soon as he entered. Outside the hospital, militants were killed in which the then ATS Chief Hemant Karkare, Mumbai Police’s Ashok Kamte and Vijay Salaskar were killed.
