Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the sea-plane service between Ahmedabad-Kevadia on October 31, but the service stopped within a month. The Sea-Plane was sent to the Maldives on Saturday for maintenance. Officials are silent about when it will return. Dainik Bhaskar spoke to Anand Dev, the communications officer of the Sea-Plane operator company SpiceJet, and he said the same, that the plane has been sent for maintenance. This may take a few days. Earlier, the service was stopped 2 times.

After the inauguration on 31 October, the sea-plane service was started for the public from 1 November. In these 28 days, the service was also stopped twice for 3-3 days earlier. During that time it was said that this is being done to give comfort to the crew member.
The sea plane is 50 years old
Sea-plane service has been started for the first time in the country, but the plane used in it is 50 years old. However, the airline operating it claims that the plane is in good condition. A SpiceJet spokesperson had stated that this Sea-Plane is one of the safest aircraft. Its regular service has been done.
In 1971, this Sea-Plane with registration number 8Q-ISC was done by the Day-Highland Company of Canada.
