Most of the exit polls of Bihar assembly elections were said to be expected of the grand alliance government, but in the exit poll of Dainik Bhaskar, the NDA was expected to get 120 to 127 seats. Bhaskar’s exit poll proved to be the most correct when the results came out on Tuesday.

Bhaskar had said in an exit poll released after the last phase of voting on November 7 that the Grand Alliance could get 71 to 81 seats. Also, about 30 such seats, whose results can make and spoil one’s game. Out of these, there was a tough competition in three seats in 23 seats and face-to-face in 7 seats.

Bhaskar kept three things in mind during his survey

Calculations: The data for each seat was studied before going into the field. It was seen in which seats the base vote of which party is more. Realizing the LJP factor, the effect of its base vote was also calculated.

Reaction: Bhaskar reporters went to different booths in each seat. Three booths with different caste influences and two booths with impact issues. After voting at the marked booths, at least three minutes of talks were held with those who did not seem to be cadres of any party. Talk was made about issues, caste, face and party icon. Such response was taken from 15 people in each seat.

Observation: Journalists, social workers and doctors of the area were also talked to while preparing data for exit polls. His perception was asked. It was tried to know whether the opinion of the common man is not different from that of particular people. The number of polling officers was also taken during the voting, they were also spoken to after the completion of voting. 160 seats were covered during the survey.
