2021 has arrived. People across the country have welcomed it by spreading arms with new hopes. 2020 is behind. At the same time, the apprehensions and troubles which were due to Corona were left in the minds of the people throughout the year. The vaccine is expected in 2021, aspiring to adopt a new lifestyle. The challenge is to defeat the infection. But, we are full of confidence and the preparations are also good.
It was with these hopes that the new year was welcomed across the country, but before the night curfew and in keeping with the Corona Guidelines. In Mumbai, crowds thronged the beach, but people were seen taking precaution. People welcomed the new year in Bengal to the tune of DJ.
Mumbai
All major cities including Mumbai, Pune have been banned from any party after 11 pm on 31 December. The state government has already announced a night curfew (from 11 am to 6 am) in the urban areas of the entire state till 5 January. Section 144 has also been implemented on the night of 31 December in Mumbai and Pune to ensure strict compliance of rules on New Year. In Mumbai, 45,000 policemen have been deployed throughout the city by canceling the leave of all policemen. A large number of people arrived in Mumbai to celebrate the New Year at the beach before the night curfew. Many malls here are also decorated with attractive lights. People were seen taking selfies here.

new Delhi
Due to Corona, many restrictions have been imposed in Delhi, but people were seen celebrating on the streets. Parties took place in hotels and restaurants. Police has been deployed at many tourist places including Connaught Place, India Gate, Lotus Temple, so that people do not get crowded. Many buildings have been illuminated here.

Karnataka

Himachal Pradesh
Night curfew has started in Shimla, Kangra, Kullu and Mandi here from 10 pm, despite this, tourists were seen roaming in many places. Police warned everyone to go back to their hotels.

Rajasthan
New Year’s Night in Rajasthan, which is famous for many tourist spots and luxurious hotels, has faded. Due to the decision not to lift the night curfew, people were imprisoned in homes after 8 pm. Many tourists who have come from outside and stayed in hotels have returned. They have moved to other states. In Jaipur alone, the blockade was done at 120 places from 7 pm and an additional 90 places at night.

Madhya Pradesh
In MP, the government has delegated the right of exemption for New Year Night to the collectors. Guidelines have been issued for each city. In the capital Bhopal, people will be able to celebrate till 12.30 pm, but there is a ban on the gathering of more than 200 people in the open space or garden. Hotels, clubs or pubs are also orders to open at 50% capacity. Celebrities could not come from outside in other cities including Indore. DJs are banned in Jabalpur.

Tamil Nadu
