The National Testing Agency (NTA) will not release the results of NEET 2020 on Monday. Now the result will come on 16 October. The Supreme Court, while hearing on Monday, gave permission for conducting the NEET again on October 14 for the candidates who could not attend the examination held on September 13. Meanwhile, the court directed that the result should be released on October 16 after conducting the examination again for the candidates, who are not exams due to Kovid-19 infected or containment zone.

College wise cut-off will also be released
Along with releasing the results, the agency will also issue college-wise cut-offs for MBBS and BDS courses in medical colleges across the country. In such a situation, the candidates who have appeared in the examination will be able to check their scores on the official website ntaneet.nic.in. Apart from this, for any kind of updates related to the result, you can also visit the NTA website nta.nic.in.

Union Education Minister gave information

Earlier, Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank also said in the tweet that the results of NEET (UG) will be done by 12 October 2020. The Education Minister had said that the next session is already late due to educational activities interrupted by the Corona epidemic, so the results will be released at a pre-decided time.

Cutoff may be higher this year

Experts believe that the cut-off may be higher this year than in earlier years, as the candidates got more time to prepare this year than before. Also, this year the number of candidates appearing for the examination is also higher than before. Apart from this, simple questions were asked in this year’s NEET-UG exam as compared to previous years.
