The Indian Army has carried out a strike in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). Most Pakistani and foreign terrorists have been killed in it. India attacked select launchpads in POK.

Sources in the security forces told the news agency PTI that the Pakistani Army wants to get more and more militants into India before winter. This is why the Indian Army has carried out this surgical strike.

First air strike on 26 February last year
In response to the terrorist attack in Pulwama on 14 February last year, the Indian Air Force took an airstrike in POK on 26 February. In this airstrike, 12 Mirage-2000 fighter jets of the Air Force dropped bombs in Balakot. It was claimed that more than 300 terrorists were killed in it. The Air Force had named this entire mission as ‘Operation Bandar’.
