The Supreme Court has taken cognizance of the growing corona cases in some states of the country. On Monday, the top court filed affidavits in two days asking Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat and Assam to state what measures they have taken to deal with the current situation in Corona. The Supreme Court reprimanded the Gujarat government for allowing the wedding and crowded events to take place even as the Corona case grew. The court said that Gujarat has the worst conditions after Delhi and Maharashtra. Now the next hearing in this case will be on 27 November.

Things can get worse in December

The Supreme Court has said that there has been a huge increase in cases of Corona in November. We want the latest status report from the states. If preparations are not done properly, the situation may become worse in December. The Supreme Court itself has taken notice when Corona patients are not treated properly and the corpses of Corona patients are not treated properly in hospitals. The case is being heard by a three-judge bench. These include Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice MP Shah.

The Supreme Court said that as per media reports, bodies were lying in the lobby and waiting area in a government hospital in Delhi. Delhi
6746 people were found infected in the capital Delhi on Sunday. 6154 people recovered and 121 died. This death toll is the highest in the country. On November 18, the highest number of 131 patients died in Delhi. So far 5 lakh 29 thousand 863 people have been infected. Of these, 40 thousand 212 patients are being treated, while 4 lakh 81 thousand 260 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now increased to 8391.

Maharashtra
There were 5753 new cases in the state on Sunday. 4060 people recovered and 50 died. So far, 17 lakh 80 thousand 208 people have been infected. Of these, 81 thousand 512 patients are under treatment, while 16 lakh 51 thousand 64 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has increased to 46 thousand 623.

Gujarat
There were 1495 cases in the last 24 hours. 1167 patients recovered and 13 died. In this way, an increase of 315 was registered in the active case. So far, 1 lakh 97 thousand 412 cases have been reported in the state. Of these, 1 lakh 80 thousand 53 patients have been cured, while 3 thousand 859 have died.

Assam
In the last 24 hours, 152 cases were reported in the state, 175 patients were cured and one infected died. There has been a decrease of 90 in the active case here. Here about 10 days ago, 500 to 600 active cases were reducing. So far, 92 thousand 513 cases have been reported in the state. Out of these, 2 lakh 7 thousand 394 patients have been cured and 974 have died.
