The government has given permission to farmers of Haryana and Punjab to enter Delhi after the struggle on the Singhu border on Friday. The Delhi government said that farmers can protest at Nirankari Ground in Burari, but farmers have refused entry in Delhi. Farmers say that they have come from so far to surround Delhi, not to come to Delhi.

Thousands of farmers have camped at the Singhu border itself. They say that we will perform on the highway itself. One farmer said that we have 6 months ration. The blacks against the peasants will go back only after emancipation from agricultural laws. However, farmer leader Darshan Pal told the news agency that a decision will be taken on Saturday morning whether or not we will perform at Nirankari Ground. Now 600 farmers have reached Nirankari Ground.

Conflict for the second consecutive day in Panipat
A major confrontation between the police and the farmers occurred on the second day in Panipat. A large number of farmers broke barricading and moved towards Delhi. The farmers of Punjab were also behind. He kept fighting with Haryana Police. Police called a JCB machine near the police station Sector-29 in Panipat and dug up the roads. Many farmers crossed the barricade several kilometers through the fields on the main highway near Shiva village and proceeded towards Delhi.

  • Today, farmers of Uttar Pradesh have also taken to the streets. Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) spokesperson Rakesh Tikait has announced to block the UP National Highway indefinitely in protest against the agricultural laws.

Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar appealed to the farmers to end the agitation and said that they will be talked to on December 3, but the farmers are adamant. Why the performance happening?
The Central Government has enacted 3 laws for agricultural reforms: The Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act; The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Act and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act were enacted. In protest against these, farmers of Punjab and Haryana have been on the roads for the last two months. Farmers feel that the government is going to remove the MSP, while the Prime Minister himself has denied it.
