Claim of mobilization of one lakh farmers
Hundreds of farmers of Punjab have entered the Haryana border against agricultural laws. The Haryana government has sealed the Punjab border. Farmers’ organization claims that more than 1 lakh farmers will gather on the border here on Thursday. Here, on Wednesday, the Chandigarh-Delhi highway got jammed 15 km long. In order to disperse the farmers of the state gathered on the Ambala highway, security forces also showered water on them. Angry farmers broke barricades here. As a precautionary section 144 has been imposed here and more than 100 farmer leaders have been detained.

Taking a big decision, the Haryana government said that no state roadways bus will go to Punjab till the farmer movement continues. Also, all the depots have been asked to keep 5-5 additional buses. Farmers of several districts of the state gathered under the leadership of Bhakyu President Gurnam Singh Chadhuni in Mohra of Ambala. When they tried to move forward, the police tried to stop them.

During this time there was a clash between the farmers and the police. Farmers also broke barricades. Due to this, Haryana Police had to use water canon to stop the farmers. At the same time, Delhi Police has said that if the protesting farmers come to Delhi among the Corona, then legal action will be taken. On this, the farmers have said that if they are stopped, then all roads going to Delhi will be blocked.

National Highway-52 stone, barricade and barbed wire seal

The Haryana government sealed the National Highway-52 adjoining Jind. The road is barricaded with 5 feet high stone and barbed wire. Haryana’s DIG OP Narwal said that all the 8 roads connecting Punjab-Haryana have been sealed. 2 thousand police personnel have been deployed. Under no circumstances will farmers be allowed to enter Haryana.
