Pfizer is the world’s first vaccine approved by WHO for emergency use.

It has met all standards in testing.

China approves indigenous vaccine

China on Thursday gave conditional approval to the emergency use of the country-made Corona vaccine. Also announced that it will be free for every citizen. This vaccine has been developed by the government pharma company Sinopharm.

The day before the approval, Sinopharm stated that the vaccine showed 79.34% efficency and 99.52% anti body positive conversion rate in Phase Three clinical trials.

National Medical Products Administration deputy head Chen Shifi said Wednesday that the vaccine was made by Beijing Biological Products Institute. The firm works under the China National Biotech Group (CNBG), a subsidiary of Sinopharm. It was approved by the National Medical Products Administration on Wednesday.

According to the Beijing Biological Products Institute, the trial results showed that the vaccine was safe and that high-level antibodies were prepared for those who were given two doses. Pakistan has also decided to pre-book the Sinofarm vaccine for its health workers.
