The Maharashtra government has taken a big decision before Christmas and New Year. Today i.e. from December 22 to January 5, night curfew will be imposed in the municipal areas of the state. During this time, people will not be able to get out of the houses without any necessary work at 11 am to 6 in the night. The state government has also issued new guidelines for people coming from European countries. Such passengers will have to remain in Institutional Quarantine for 14 days after coming to Maharashtra.

Active cases reduced by 3 lakhs

So far, 75 million people have been affected by the infection in the country. Of these 96 lakh 91 thousand 350 people have been cured, while 1 lakh 46 thousand 134 patients have died so far. The number of active patients has now come down to less than 3 lakhs. This happened 163 days later. Now there are 2 lakh 91 thousand 350 patients who are undergoing treatment. State of 5 states
1. Delhi

803 new cases were reported in the capital Delhi on Monday. 1669 people recovered and 27 died. So far, 6 lakh 17 thousand 808 people have been infected. 3. Gujarat

Of these, 11 thousand 525 patients are being treated, while 2 lakh 20 thousand 493 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now increased to 4241.

4. Rajasthan

Within the last 24 hours in the state, 913 people were found corona infected. 1365 people recovered and 9 died. So far 2 lakh 99 thousand 909 people have been infected. Out of these 11 thousand 961 patients are being treated, while 2 lakh 85 thousand 322 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now increased to 2626.

5. Maharashtra

On Monday, 2834 corona-infected were found in the state. 6053 people recovered and 55 died. So far, 18 lakh 99 thousand 352 people have been infected. Of these, 59 thousand 469 patients are being treated, while 17 lakh 89 thousand 958 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now reached 48 thousand 801.
