In view of the havoc of Corona in many states of the country, a special zone has been created at Mumbai Airport. Passengers coming from Delhi, Goa, Gujarat and Rajasthan will be engaged in the dedicated zone. All passengers will have to undergo RT-PCR test at the airport itself. This information was given by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (MIAL).

Here, 93.08 lakh cases of corona have been reported so far in the country. Of these, 87.16 lakh patients have been cured and 1.35 lakh have died. At the same time, the number of total active cases has also increased to cross 4.54 lakh after nine days. Earlier, on November 16, there were 4.53 lakh active cases. It was reduced to 4.37 thousand on 23 November. These figures are taken from covid19india.org.

Continuously decreasing recovery rate

Once again new cases were more in the country and the number of cured patients was less. This increased the active case. In the last 24 hours, 44 thousand 699 new cases came, 36 thousand 582 patients were cured and 518 died. The number of patients being treated in this way increased to 7586 in the active case. This is the highest since August 19. Then 8847 patients had increased.

Ban on international flights extended till 31 December

In view of the increasing cases of Corona, the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has extended the ban on the movement of commercial international flights in India till 31 December. However, special flights going under the Vande Bharat Mission will continue during this time. Earlier, the DGCA ordered an extension of the international flight to 30 November. The schedule has been extended for the 8th time on schedule commercial international flights.

Both international and domestic flights were canceled in March.

On 23 March, DGCA prohibited international flights on 24 March. Domestic flights were started from 25 May with strict guidelines. The ban on international flights was first extended on 14 April. Then this moratorium was done till 3 May. Since then it is being extended every month.

Second wave in 20 states

There are now 20 states in the country, where the number of active patients has started increasing again. It also includes Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala. In these states, more new cases are coming out of patients getting cured every day. Meaning, the second wave of Corona has sounded here. If the same situation prevails, then another wave may start in the entire country in the next 3-4 days.

Corona updates

  • Delhi High Court said – whether or not there is a night curfew in Delhi, the state government has to decide. Also consider whether night curfew is required in whole of Delhi or it can be imposed in some parts. But, whatever decision the government has to take, do not waste time.
  • Schools in the capital Delhi will remain closed at present. Health Minister Satyendar Jain said on Thursday that unless the concerns about the safety of students in schools are removed, the school will not be allowed to open.
  • The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday expressed concern over the growing cases of corona in UP. The court ordered the state government to strictly follow the rules of social distancing and face masks, as well as to monitor them with drones.
  • There will be a night curfew in all cities of Punjab from December 1. This curfew will remain in force from 10 am to 5 am. Apart from this, a fine of Rs 1000 will be imposed for breaking the rules related to Corona. Hotel, restaurant and wedding venue will have to be closed by 9:30 pm.
  • Section-144 has been implemented in Lucknow till 1 December. During this time, more than 4 people will not be able to gather in one place. The administration has directed that strict action will be taken against those who break the rules.
  • The center released a new guideline on Corona on Wednesday. In this, states were asked to exercise strictness and caution. The states are allowed to implement restrictions based on the situation. They can also impose night curfew in the containment zone. However, to impose a lockdown locally outside the Containment Zone, the Center’s approval would have to be obtained. This guideline will be applicable from 1 December.
  • Kovid-19 medical officer Shubham Upadhyay posted in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar died on Wednesday from Corona. He was 26 years old. He breathed his last at a private hospital in Bhopal. He was posted at Sagar’s Government Bundelkhand Medical College.

State of 5 states

1. Delhi

Treatment facilities have started to appear dwarf in front of Corona in Delhi. Only 250 ICUs with ventilators are empty in Delhi. At the same time, there is no space left for patients in 60 hospitals. The news agency gave this information by quoting Corona dashboard online of Delhi government. According to the news agency, the hospitals in Delhi which do not have a place include the Base Hospital of Kent, Northern Railway Hospital, Sir Gangaram Hospital, Batra Hospital, VIMHANS and Indraprastha Apollo Hospital.

In less than a month, 2 thousand 300 lives have been lost from Corona in less than a month. Environment Minister Gopal Rai of Kejriwal government has also got corona. He is the third Minister of Delhi to be infected with Corona. Before them, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendar Jain have been infected. However, now both leaders have recovered.

99 patients died in Delhi on Wednesday. So far 8720 people have lost their lives. Within the last 24 hours, 5246 people were found infected. 5361 people recovered. So far 5 lakh 45 thousand 787 people have been infected. Of these, 38 thousand 287 patients are being treated, while 4 lakh 98 thousand 780 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection is now 8720.

2. Madhya Pradesh

The state received 1773 new patients on Wednesday. 996 people recovered and 14 died. So far, 1 lakh 98 thousand 284 people have been infected. Of these, 13 thousand 742 patients are being treated, while 1 lakh 81 thousand 345 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection is now 3197.

3. Gujarat

On Wednesday, 1540 people were found corona infected in the state. 1283 patients were discharged after recovering, while 14 died. So far, 2 lakh 1 thousand 949 people in the state have been infected. In these 14 thousand 187 patients are being treated. 1 lakh 83 thousand 856 people have been cured. The death toll from infection has now risen to 3906.

4. Maharashtra

The Corona report of 6159 people came positive on Wednesday in the state. With this, the number of patients has now increased to 17 lakh 95 thousand 959. Within the last 24 hours, 4844 people recovered and 65 died. So far, 16 lakh 63 thousand 723 people have been cured, while the death toll has increased to 46 thousand 748.

5. Rajasthan

On Wednesday, 3285 new patients were found in the state. 2144 people recovered and 18 died. With this, the number of infected people has now increased to 2 lakh 53 thousand 767. Of these, 26 thousand 320 patients are being treated, while 2 lakh 25 thousand 229 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now increased to 2218.
