What is the charge on Arnab?

In 2018, 53-year-old interior designer Anvay Naik and his mother committed suicide. The CID is investigating this case. In May this year, Anvay’s wife Akshatha alleged that her husband had done interior work in Republic TV’s studio. 500 laborers were employed for this, but Arnab did not pay 5.40 crores later. This led to his family being strapped. Troubled, Anjoy committed suicide with his elderly mother. Anvay also allegedly accused Arnab and two others in the suicide note.

Anvay’s wife questioned the investigation

Akshata claims that Raigarh police had registered an FIR in this case, but did not properly investigate the case. However, according to the then SP of Raigarh, Anil Paraskar, no evidence was found against the accused in the case. The police had also filed a report in the court. Akshata says that she also pleaded for justice with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
