Nitish Kumar will take oath of Chief Minister for the 7th time at Raj Bhavan at 4.30 pm today. 13 people, including 11 MLAs from BJP and JDU camp, can take oath of the ministerial post. At the same time, Home Minister Amit Shah, who was away from campaigning in Bihar elections, will attend the oath taking ceremony. He will also be accompanied by party president JP Nadda.

Will not go to glory in coronation
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav will not attend the oath taking ceremony. According to Bhaskar’s report, Tejashwi did not leave the house for two days. Tejashwi has not given up. They are consulting experts in Delhi to fight a legal battle against the election results. Because of this, the RJD will also boycott the swearing-in ceremony.

Discussion of two Deputy Chief Ministers, but one was also in trouble
BJP’s candidate Kishore Prasad could be the deputy CM, the possibility of which was first introduced by Bhaskar during the NDA meeting on Sunday afternoon. Renu Devi’s name was also mentioned as Deputy CM from Sunday evening. But the reality is that the BJP could not finalize either of these two names till 10 pm on Monday.

Both Tarkishore and Renu are undergraduates and there is a lot of stalemate within the BJP due to their experience. That is why the party is not confirming any name on its behalf. So far, the list of ministers has not been sent to the Raj Bhavan by the BJP.

Can take oath
From BJP quota: Tarkishore Prasad, Renu Devi, Nandkishore Yadav, Mangal Pandey, Dr. Prem Kumar, Rampreet Paswan.
From JDU quota: Vijendra Yadav, Narendra Narayan Yadav, Shravan Kumar, Ashok Chaudhary, Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Sunil Kumar (former IPS officer).
From us: Jitan Ram Manjhi
From VIP: Mukesh Sahni

Speaker will be from BJP
This time the speaker will be from BJP. The names of Amarendra Pratap Singh and Nandkishore Yadav are discussed. Amarendra is an MLA from Ara. Prior to this, he has been the deputy speaker. At the same time, Yadav is an MLA from Patna Sahib. He has been the President of BJP. Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, who was the last speaker, is being made a minister.
